St. Elizabeth Home Health’s skilled nursing is provided by our caring Registered Nurses or Licensed Practical Nurses on an intermittent basis. The “Plan of Care” is discussed with you, the physician following your care; and it is designed with your goals and needs in mind. We provide ongoing education you’ll need for when you or your loved one reaches a sufficient level of independence and our home health care services are no longer needed.   Below are examples of just some of the many things we can do.

  • G-Tube Feeding teaching and the care of the insertion site.
